THE CORPORATE CLASSIC
The Crescent City Classic and the YMCA of Greater New Orleans are excited to produce the Corporate Classic on November 4, 2023. The race begins at 8:00AM and will benefit the YMCA Educational Services (YES!) Adult Literacy Program.
The Corporate Classic will serve three purposes:
1. Encourage company camaraderie by hosting teams of up to 6 teams from organizations throughout the Greater New Orleans area.
2. Support adult literacy through the YMCA Educational Services (YES!) Adult Literacy Program.
3. Serve as the only 5k qualifier for the Crescent City Classic 10k.
Registration Fees
REGISTRATION FEES (per person):
• Through October 27th: $40.00
• October 28th through November 4th: $45
INDIVIDUALS AND TEAM MEMBERS RECEIVE:
• Corporate Classic Race Bib with timing chip
• Corporate Classic T-Shirt
• Corporate Classic Finisher’s Medal
• Entrance into the Post-Race Fest which includes a live band and a wide array of complementary food, beer and other beverages. Meet and take a photo with the Saints mascot, GUMBO!
• FREE child-care while you run/walk! Children age 11 and under have complementary entrance into our Kids Zone. Register your child online to reserve their spot.

RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP OPTION:
For Individuals and Non-Corporate Teams ONLY: Participants can pick up their shirt and race bib on race day, Saturday 11/4/23 beginning at 7am at the Registration Tent.

6:30 am Late Registration and race day packet pick up begins inside practice track.
7:50 am Final announcements, National Anthem begin at the Start Line on Golf Dr.
8:00 am The race begins for all participants attempting qualification.
8:10 am The Race begins for all other participants!
Course Description
The 3.1-mile course begins in beautiful City Park on Palm Dr. and continues onto Friedrichs Ave. – passing by the Festival Grounds and Christian Brothers School. You will the bear right onto Wisner Blvd. and continue to City Park Ave., where you will reenter City Park on Anseman Ave. Runners will take a right onto Dreyfous Dr., proceed to Lelong Dr., circle the New Orleans Museum of Art and continue down Roosevelt Mall. The course wraps around Palm Dr. and finishes on the Practice Track.
Qualifying Info
Participants must complete the Corporate Classic 5k in 27 minutes or under to qualify for a seeded starting position in the following year’s CCC10k.
Corporate Classic finishing times needed to qualify for a seeded CCC10K starting corral:
• 17:30 + under min: A/Brown Corral (35:00 10k)
• 17:31 – 20:00 min: B/Pink Corral (40:00 10k)
• 20:01 – 22:30 min: C/Gray Corral (45:00 10k)
• 22:31 – 27:00 min: D/Green Corral (55:00 10k)
When registering for the Crescent City Classic 10k, please put the URL link from Corporate Classic Results showing your finishing time for a starting position in a seeded corral.

• 1ST Place Age Group Winners: 14-under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over.
* There is no duplication of awards – Overall award winners are not eligible for age group awards.
TEAM AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED TO:
• 1ST Place Division I (Over 500 employees)
• 1ST Place Division II (101-500 employees)
• 1ST Place Division III (Up to 100 employees)
• 1ST Place Open Division (Non-corporate)
*Teams are scored by the cumulative total of the fastest 4 finishing times of all team members. The team with the lowest score is the first-place team in each division.
Raising Cane's Kids Zone Fun!
The Raising Cane’s KIDS ZONE will be available for all children ages 11 and under. All children MUST BE POTTY TRAINED. Child care will be provided by certified and trained YMCA staff.
The Raising Cane’s Kids Zone will include: inflatable slides and bouncy houses, face painting, games and crafts, and snacks/drinks. There is no cost to register your children for the Kids Zone, but a reservation must be completed for all children during Corporate Classic registration.

What is the course like?

Commemorative race t-shirts will be given to all race participants on Race Day, before & after the race, or during Early Number Pick Up. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed on Race Day.
How do I pick up my bib number?
You can pick up your bib number on Race Day beginning at 7:00 am inside City Park’s Practice Track field or BEFORE Race Day during Early Packet Pick Up.
Are walkers and strollers welcome?
Absolutely! Just please be courteous to our runners and line up near the back on Race Day. Please note, that strollers are NOT allowed in the wave attempting qualification.

Where do I park?
There is plenty of free parking inside of New Orleans City Park: on Dreyfous Ave. (near Storyland and City Putt), by Christian Brothers School, near the Dog Park on Zachary Taylor Dr. or by the new Festival Grounds on Henry Thomas Dr. Participants should avoid Marconi Dr. due to constuction!
No parking will be allowed inside of Tad Gormley Stadium, on the Neutral Grounds between Marconi and Orleans Ave., or anywhere along the 5k course (this includes Roosevelt Mall St. and Lelong Ave.).
